Dupixent Use and CTCL Diagnosis: Know Your Rights
Have you used Dupixent and later been diagnosed with Cutaneous T-Cell Lymphoma (CTCL)? You May Not Be Alone.
If you or a loved one took Dupixent (dupilumab) for eczema or another condition and were later diagnosed with CTCL or a related lymphoma, you may be entitled to compensation.
Dupixent has been widely prescribed to treat eczema, asthma, and other inflammatory conditions. However, emerging reports suggest that in some patients, its use may be associated with delayed diagnosis, worsening symptoms, or misdiagnosis of serious underlying conditions such as Cutaneous T-Cell Lymphoma (CTCL).
CTCL is a rare type of non-Hodgkin lymphoma that affects the skin and can initially resemble eczema or dermatitis—conditions Dupixent is intended to treat.
For some patients, this overlap may have led to:
- Delayed or missed diagnosis of CTCL
- Progression of disease while on treatment
- Increased physical, emotional, and financial harm
Who May Qualify
You may be eligible to pursue a claim if:
- You were prescribed Dupixent (dupilumab)
- You were later diagnosed with CTCL (including Mycosis Fungoides or Sézary Syndrome) or another lymphoma
- Your condition worsened, or your diagnosis was delayed while using the medication
Common Symptoms of CTCL
Because CTCL can mimic eczema, many patients experience symptoms such as:
- Persistent rash or patches that do not improve
- Thickened or scaly skin
- Severe itching
- Skin discoloration or plaques
- Swollen lymph nodes
If these symptoms persisted or worsened during Dupixent treatment, it may be important to investigate further.
Why This Matters
Patients trust that prescribed medications will help—not harm—their health. When a medication may mask or contribute to the delayed diagnosis of a serious condition like CTCL, patients deserve answers and accountability.
Legal action may help you recover compensation for:
- Medical expenses
- Lost income
- Pain and suffering
- Ongoing treatment costs
